ABOUT

Dr. Semidey was born in Pennsylvania but was raised in Westchester County, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Neuroscience from Trinity College in Connecticut. She moved to Western New York in 2011 for medical school and now is a Western New Yorker for life. She attended both medical school and residency at University at Buffalo, completing her training in 2018. During that time, she was awarded commendations for excellence in patient care in 2015 and 2018 and was selected to be Chief Resident in 2017.

Dr. Semidey believes that the foundation of Family Practice is Preventive Health and Patient Education. She has interests in Nutrition and Women’s Health.

Dr. Semidey lives in Amherst with her husband. She enjoys boxing, cooking, and movies. She and her family love trips to Disney World.
