Dr. Dlugosz was born and raised in Western New York, and is proud to call it home because of its family atmosphere with big city attractions. Entering medicine was more of a calling for him, one which allowed him to combine his passions for science, teaching and family. In his spare time, Dr. Dlugosz enjoys having fun with his two children, exploring new restaurants, running, live music – and claims to be a bit of a card shark among his friends. He wants to be his patients’ “life co-pilot” and help them live their healthiest, happiest lives with as little medicine as possible.
